Cheese cake sonang bikin punyo

Den memang suko cheese cake. Nak boli mahal amat. Jadi cek pun pi la tanyo sana sini camno nak buek. Lepeh dapek resipi den terai la.

1st attempt – failed miserably

2nd attempt – pu failed jugak

Sebab musabab fail ialah den bila org cakap fahrenheit  den lupo yg oben den tu celsius…jadi hanguih je la cheecake de hahaha…

pehtu den eksperimen-eksperimen baru la cek tau tak payah nak bake2 pun leh jadi sodap punyooo…

so ni cara den buek…simple nak mampuih hehehe….budak baru masuk darjah tiga pun boleh buek..

cara-caranya

for the crust…

about 10-15 pieces of digestive biscuit – crush ’em finely

cairkan dalam 200gm butter

blend the above well and place them into a container…kasi rata la dalam itu container

chill ’em in your refrigerator for about 45mins to 1 hour

Untuk Filling

250gm cream cheese

1/2 cup milk….nak pakai condense milk pun ok

1/2 cup sugar…kalau hangpa suka manis boh la lebih

1 large egg

1 tea spoon vanilla essence

sedikit kulit lemon yg diparut (optional…lemen mahal…tak nak boh pun ok)

3/4 cup agar2 yg dicairkan

Hangpa bancuh la cream cheese tu pakai batteur equipment hangpa, pastu boh la gula, teloq, esen vanila, lemon sampai sebati dan jangan lupa agar2 yg masih cair tadi….

lepas tu take our ur chilled crust from the esbok and u can pur in ur favorite fruit or berries kalau hangpa nak. Berries ni mahai..so ikut hangpa la…den suko pakai canned peach…murah….kalau tak nak boh buah2 tu pun tada hal….

lepas tu hangpa tuang la filling cheese yang dah di batter tadi ateh buah tu sampai buah tu tenggelam……last sekali kalau ada saki baki buah tu hangpa taboq la ateh flling tu….

dah siap pun…masukkanlah dalam esbok hangpa sejam dua…kalau nak bes biaq lama sikit la…overnight pun ok…

lepeh tu…apa lagi…bedal laaa…..kalu anak dara mesti balak hangpa kata hangpa cake chef yang mantop…pada balak2 yang nak jamu gefren mesti pehtu gefren tak lari dah hehehehe….
