This is an easy one.
Spaghetti to be boiled el dente – put in some salt if you like it – drained it and run some water on it to prevent ’em sticking together
Some shallots – 5? up to you – Blend it
1 garlic – chop it!
A wee bit of vegetable oil
4-5 prawns ( deep fry it until half cooked)
1 chicken stock cube – dissolve it with half cup of water
Here how you do it!
Splash oil into a medium heat pan or wok
Brown your shallots followed with garlic
Pour in the chicken stock
Put in the spaghetti and sauté for about 2-3 minutes
Spread your chilly flakes ( if you like it really hot, you are free to spread it in as much as you like – but not so much eh)
Stir it for half a minute on a higher heat and its now ready.
Top it with the prawns and its ready to serve.
